  • check connections
  • run test
  • plug in the modem
  • check if it is still the same
  • try using another power supply
  • if is still the same
  • hard reset modem
  • is it is still the same
  • check modem warranty (if under warranty CPE, if not E-store)

DSL blinking/Off issue


  1. Run BBT test

  2. Powercyle Modem and PC

  3. Check cables and filters

  4. Check Phone Line for Dial Tone

  5. Check for Routers

  6. Check Modem Lights (if still the same Proceed to next step, If not browse 2 sites)
  7. Run 2nd BBT test
  8. Transfer to ASI(Create UT)
